Hello friends,
Beginner here.
I would like to print my first item from thingiverse and found some I like.
How can I find out what is possible to be printed with my Photon?
I know that they should be hollow, but sometimes I just don't know if they are.

I know levelling and finding the correct options are very important.
Are there any more things to consider before I first print?

Im currently testing chitubox but the .stl doesnt load to the build pad. the only thing I get is a dark shadow, I tired different files but nothing changed. what do I have to do ?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Elegoo resin that Amazon sells that are $18 vs the ones that are $20? They have different part numbers but some of the colors are the same. There isn’t anything in the descriptions to tell me what’s different. The ont thing I have noticed is some resin are sold as 500ml and some have switched to 500g which is 10% less in each bottle.

The hair is probably going to mess up, but I want to test my little Anycubic. So maybe I'll throw him on tomorrow.

Fresh of the printer and tested. Introducing the Anycubic Photon and PhotonS De-Stinky-Nator :-) My take on an airfilter for both the original Photon (which I do not own) and the PhotonS (which turns out blows all the smelly stuff out of the bottom and the small fan exhaust hole at the back is only for show.....found out the hard way and designed the pedestal box after that). The filter uses commonly available RC-203 organic vapor cartridges to filter the air coming from the photon for a virtually smell-free printing experience (tested with my PhotonS over 2 days now. Works great). My next plan is to hook the fan up to the mainboard (there should still be a free header from what I can see) so it starts and stops with the printer. Comments welcome. Hi all,
I don’t have knowledge in chemestry/physics so can anyone tell me what is the difference in using a 365nm or a 405nm lamp?
Will both cure the resin prints?
Will 365nm lamps cure 405nm resin with a longer exposition time?
