Alright everyone. I need your help. Resin is monocure 3d rapid Grey.
My settings:
50um layer.
14sec xp.
Base xp is 60 and 5 layers.

I ran an xp finder test and determined it was 14 sec. The thing is i still get horrible details and layer shifts. The support-side has very poor details, almost smudged, and the other side is mediocre. I didnt pay 70 bucks for a resin that is as bad or worst in terms of exposure time than my elegoo resin, wich i run with 18sec xp and people told me that's high too! 8sec are advertised from monocure and "made for low power dlp printers". I hope i am doing something wrong.

I already tried my luck on reddit, got some great tips but still bad test. The old test is on top, new test with fresh "tuned" FEP (350hz) is on the bottom. Better detail but shit none the less. You are my last hope guys

Do I stop it and cry or let it continue and hope it comes out ok? Multiple items on the bed but can only see one atm

Upped my bottom exposure to 100 I think using anycubic grey to avoid this happening. Models are also hollowed to again avoid this ?

Is this just a suction problem, or it can be caused by something else. Base layers are splitted. Then it went good and then bad again.

A new screen is needing an extremely long time for each layer, is the machine losing power? Is there a part I need to replace?

I replaced my screen with an Anycubic one from eBay, and then prints kept failing if they used supports.

Then my exposure test came out virtually blank when I ran it.

This is using Anycubic grey resin at room temperature, the same bottle worked absolutely fine before the new screen.

Why printing some supports fail?

Seems that supports failed to print symethrically.

I print this couple of times - in each print supports are missing (symethrical too), but not all the the same - in first print only few of them missing. What can cause this?

Looking at printing this in translucent blue. I have a raft directly onto the model and havent hollowed it yet. The person i am printing it for would like to put some LEDs in it to light up but some of the cross sections are massive hoping for some input
