Thought I had everything supported and validated but the arm failed. Anyone have a better orientation for the Hero Forge test figure? Seems like my supports to that arm should have been mediums or heavy.

Hi with everyone. I have a problem with my photon, every time I start a model, the Z axis starts very high. I have calibrated the bed and placed the autohome option close to the screen, but always start 20 ml above the screen. Anybody knows what could be the problem?

Photon S users, what is the best process for using photon validator? Currently I use the following process:

- Prusaslicer for auto supports, export
- Chitubox, add supports as necessary, export as photon file
- Photon Validator, manually fix large islands bouncing between programs. Once all the large islands are supported in chitubox I slice it one final time, again as a photon (not photon.s file), run through validator to fix the remaining pixels, then save and print.

Is this the optimal process? Am I losing anything by not printing as a photon.s file?

Any ideas? My first prints with transparent resin.

Part on the left 2 quick IPA baths.

Part on the right 2 quick IPA baths then water rinse.

Both got cloudy but the one rinsed in water is much worse.

This is before cure.

Thanks for any ideas.

okay, what is wrong here, this shouldn't take 7 hours.. i bet my freaking ender 3 could print it faster

Edit to ad: Idk how to scale this in the ender to match what i scalled it here as. havent taking files from chithu to ender yet.
