Does anyone have any idea as to why prints that I used to be able to print without an issue are now failing? The bases are pulling off of the supports and only on one side, Ive printed numerous successful batches of these but am now running into an issue. I did just change the fep tonight, tuned it to 320khz. Do I have have to edit the supports again or? Any ideas would be appreciated. (The base that’s been pulled off in the first picture is the front right model in the second).

So in my research before buying the photon I kept reading "don't use the thumb drive that comes with it" " the supplied flash drive is trash" " I had my issue but when i switch to another thumb drive it went away". But when I got the machine I was like, "this doesn't looks so bad" so I started testing it with smaller prints with no issue. I mostly print minis so short files are mostly the norm. But then a friend requested this mercy statue and I started having issues. At a certain height, no matter what, the machine just stops like the power went out. It goes back to the home screen like a print never started. I tried reslicing it, no help. I tried a different file, no dice. Finally I tried a new thumb drive and both files print like a dream. Lesson here kids, listen to the group, love the group, praise the group.

Im replacing my print screen but I’m curious if I need to remove the silver shiny side film or whether it should be there?

I cannot find any installation instructions that say otherwise. Does anyone know?

Somehow the leveling screw on my photon is stripped. Must be cheap material. Not sure how this happened between the time i first tightened it and now since there never seemed to be a problem at that time. None of the hex wrenches i have fit snug to loosen and re-level. My plate is slightly un-level causing one side to fail. Anyone have a fix for this?
