Does anyone have a recommendation for a resin that can handle high temperatures needed for rubber mold vulcanization (300 to 320 degrees F). The AnyCubic green I tested cracked before the mold had set and the cracks showed up in the mold.

I know FormLabs has one for the Form 2 and 3, so I know it is possible, but don't know where to look for a comparable product for use in the Photon S.

OK - A sanity check:

Should it not be the case that the optimal number of 'base' layers ought to vary with the layer height used?

For example, 10 base layers at 0.05mm will give a harder bottom section of 0.5mm thickness whereas the same 10 layers at 0.02mm layer height will give only 0.2mm obviously

Other than the additional grip to the base plate (which is presumably only relevant for the very first layer), I guess the other base layers are giving a bit of extra stiffness at the 'bottom' of the print to help it stay in place on the plate rather than peeling off.

Would it not, therefore, make sense to use more base layers for smaller layer heights, or am I missing something here? Anyone have any experience related to this? I currently use the same number (8-10) regardless of whether I am printing at 0.05 or 0.02, but maybe this just means I am using more than necessary at 0.0.5 layer height...

Supports needed? Just printed the Vampirella model on the Photon S . Needed more than 90min to cut off all supports. Was very hard to reach all with the knife or scalpel. Printed it laying with a height of 75mm, so I needed only support on her backside. What do you think, should I use less support and even place it manual, for my next print? Tried it with sandpaper, but her back still looks very scruffy. Sliced in CHITUBOX, printed at 0.02mm with 8s exposure time. The exposure time for the Resin was also a guess -but it has good details.
I will try a paint, as soon I feel prepared ?

Hello everyone!

I have some Anycubic Orange I've had sitting around for awhile. I have been having a difficult time getting it to stick to my build plate. I noticed this morning that the expiration date was from August of 2018. Would that effect it sticking to the build plate?

So I had an interesting fail today, one side came out fine (the left in this image) the right not so fine.
Any ideas why it we time that? There weren't any supports on the sides so I'm confused why pushed across.
