Hi i use LML9B rail bay on ebay but i was bay form 2 different supplier 1 was better quality as other (coast £3.60 with260mm rail) not available anymore, need cut from rail also need cut from bolt about 1-2mm. Rest needed Button Head M3x20 4pcs M3x5 4pcs M3x8 22pcs

stl is ready on forum just look . I use phrozen functional because i print on sonic mini and is only 1 resin i have from phrozen i know setting but i thing anicybic standard resin is stronger , if you do it before post curing use bolts to clean thread because photon add 0.15mm on wall printing sonic is more accurate

So, how do these ones work? The platform Prints every leyer at a time controlling the different exposures without moving the build plate?

Yes - just like the "old" firmware patch version, except this one is built into the running firmware! You get base + 8 seconds for each of the 8 objects. I had to hack together an STL based on the original photon files which are too large. I didn't want to scale so we could compare printer to printer.

You can use Meshmixer to check and repair your STL files.

Mike Kendel are your wheel assemblies 1 or 2 pieces (tires separate from rims)? I’ve found for my two piece wheel models, I get more uniform and precise roundness by orienting the parts parallel to the build plate. I need +/- .004” for a good mate between the two pieces. What scale are yours? They look great!

The current designs are combined wheel/tire, (1 piece). I had some issues with the wheel print rims separating from the wheel body when I printed them flat. I've noticed some issues with distortion in the tire bodies when they are "hot off the press" but they seem to normalize after cleaning, (I use warm water and an ultrasonic bath for up to 10 minutes). I checked a couple of the wheel prints, (hadn't modelled the tires yet), an found them to be round to within roughly =/- 0.005 inch and the dimensional accuracy to be about the same. Lastly, all of the parts that I'm making now are for a 1/12 scale Chaparral 2H Can-Am car.

I used to printed the wheel too, but never get perfectly rounded when angled it, so I back to flat with the plate, with support ?

Thank you Jason! The Fusion 360 software I am using for the designs has no capability to put text on a non-flat surface, so the lettering may be a little to high at the edges but I plan to sand it just a bit so it follows the tire sidewalls better before painting them.

What ones are you looking at that are cheaper than non-eco?

Hard to get anything done on 14 hour days. I routinely work 12's and 12-13 days in a row is not uncommon.

Anycubic's eco resin has way less smell it's almost nonexistent. The detail isn't much different that i can tell

Riika Magnus anycubic. I was on their site last night and I saw that the Eco was cheaper than the regular. Not counting the translucents as regular.

Kyle McPherson I was really considering the Eco just to save the money. Did you have to tinker with settings from regular to eco?
Also nice to know less smell, I live in a 400sqft apartment, so having the window open and air purifier only helps but so much.

Yeah, these were on my memory stick too. Just got my Photon just over a week ago. Had similar issue where prints were sticking to FEP rather than the bed unless I releveled the bed prior to each use. I picked up the Sprectrum mobile app for my phone and tuned the FEP to around 330Hz and did a good print run yesterday without any issues after just leveling it once.

Yep, tightened the FEP and twanged it a few times while monitoring the results on the Spectrum app on my phone.

It's not an STL, it doesn't exist as an STL. The reddit thread you stole it from very clearly explained that it was hand carved - this is obvious from the clay working/dental tools in the photo.

looks like it was made in meshmixer... should be fairly easy to make a new one if anyone has the stl of a dolphin and that of the man
