Help! Bluecast x10 printing failed/won’t stick to platform!

Printer Used: Anycubic Photon v5.5

Resin Used: Bluecast x10

Printer Settings: (see the pictures immediately below

Printing file screenshot with supports & issue pics: (see below)

Extended description:
I have tried many times and no matter what settings I choose, the print doesn't come out stuck to the platform (only one time has it come out successfully and stuck to the platform).
A lot of people have talked about this being a leveling issue but I haven't changed the leveling since the successful print.
Can you please share some tips or provide some advice about what I’m doing wrong?

1st post here :D costum print clear eyes for the head. design 4 long sword for the backpack and 1 short sword with lock mechanic for the right hand. next up is painting this 1/100 scale beast ? print it on anycubic photon S

Any opinions / advices on Anycubic black resin, please? Just asking because that´s my next target.

FYI, I have already used translucent green, red and yellow and opaque grey, aqua blue and marroon.

General speaking, no issues so far and no problems mixing them either.

My experience with red pigment resins is that they use to stick firmly to the FEP film. No idea why. The marroon one has been a nightmare, with the highest ratio of failed prints due base layers failing off the build plate many often. A shame because I loved that colour.

Please, refrain from suggesting me trying a different resin brand. Your input and help is much welcomed ? but I want to continue testing Anycubic resins for now. Thanks! ?

2 questions.

1. My new bottle of anycubic green prints in this faded dark army green colour instead of the candy green see through of the last bottle. Shook it right up and no change. Is this ok?

2.Looking into upgrading to anti aliasing firmware, how do I know which photon I have and which firmware to use?

Anyone have any luck with anycubic eco clear? Have tried 6-10 sec exposure, 0.02 - 0.03 layers . Every print has failed in different ways. Models having massive feet, bases being large clumps, supports failing randomly. OG photon

Does anyone know good stepper motor to replace for the Photon S printer? I don't know how but the motor keeps skipping and no longer can turn. I look on Anycubic website and Amazon for it but can't find the right dimensions.

I just wanted to say bye. I've had a great time in this group, and the people are top notch, but my Photon has developed a fault that could be fixed with a 10 cent part, except that Anycubic won't help. The retaining clip on the touchscreen popped off and is gone. Taping won't work, because when I plug the ribbon cable back in, the touch screen functions for input, but won't light up. Anycubic has no solution.

Anywho, I'm not going to give them more money, and ordering an LCD touchscreen isn't an option, so I just ordered a Mars off of Amazon.

Thanks for a solid year of being a great community. You all will be the thing I miss most about not having a Photon.

I’m about to toss this thing in the trash. All I get to print is the stupid supports. Feeling really frustrated. I installed PrusaSlicer and Meshmixer and you need a master’s degree in computer science to use them. So I’m forced to use Photon workshop because it actually is user friendly.
I’m lost as can be. Sorry I’m using Anycubic grey for resin
