Note to self dont print when your room is 50 doesn't print well or at all with cold resin stuck to fep...ran the same print as I did the day before had no problem. So lesson learned.

Okay now this is potentially opening a giant can of worms as I know resin is a subjective opinion often.
The plant based resin brings treated it in real world, I'm largely looking at busts minis and terrain but am new to the hobby. Reducing the smell sounds like a good idea. Any noticeable drop in print quality?

Hi all, I'm after some resin advice please. I've had my Photon about 6 months and I adore it! I started with Anycubic green resin (which was pretty stinky) and then Anycubic transparent (much less stinky) and now Anycubic yellow transparent (back to being stinky)!

So my questions are these; should I stick to the Anycubic resins or can I use others (like Elegoo)? And which are the least stinkiest?

Very pleased about this new mod .
I was using gaz Mask filters but it was still damn smelly .
With this mod (remove smell fan + add 120mm fan ) Its not smelling anything and i use lamp heat to have the resin at good température ? ? ?

I use some tape to make it air sealed ? ? ? ?

I have searched to no avail. My print goes well for about 1/2 way, then it advances up with no extra layers, and when finished I came back to hardened resin on nearly the entire bottom of the fep. Any ideas?

Resolved: I cannot use gcode files with the Fauxton. =/

I am attempting to run the resin exposure finder. I downloaded it from Github. I have a standard Photon running Firmware V5.0.2. When I put the GCODE files in the base directory (as pictured) the printer cannot see the files to print. I feel like I'm missing something obvious, because the directions make it seem obvious. I should just be able to insert the flash drive and print the GCODE files, right?

Hey guys i have a smol problem when i print minis with a base flat on the bed, the first few layer above the base look really squished which kinda makes the feet ugly, here are some examples.
I already releveled the bed and even changed the resin (eleegoo red non abs like and the eleegoo abs like grey) i use the resin settings from the gdoc. Room temperature is around 20~21°C. The Film is fine without leaks.
Anyone any idea?

I've been having problems since changing my FEP and resin from Elegoo grey to Anycubic green. I've leveled and releveled. The FEP is drum tight. I changed from the flash drive that came with it to another, which resolved some issues. My settings are per the spreadsheet, but I haven't plugged in to a network to run the resin test, so I haven't put the printer into test mode yet. This is the print I am getting. It is supposed to be kobold miniatures at 45 degrees, on a raft and supports as all the videos taught. The arms and weapons are coming out flattened. The models are falling off and sticking to the FEP.
