Good day!
I want to share my first work using 3D printing. And this is also my first experience with 3D sculpting. I started work with mastering # Mudbox and really loved this program. I hope it will replenish and develop, because, Despite the lack of many useful features from Zbrush, Mudbox is very convenient and has an absolutely intuitive and comfortable interface.
For printing, I used Model Clear resin and Model Cherry from # HARZLabs ,
Model Clear used for the eyes, water droplets on the wings and an imitation of a cloud, followed by tinting in alcohol with a caller from washing with Model Cherry. The result is quite an interesting result.
The wings were printed on another printer, FDM format. As a result, I am convinced that for most of my tasks, I need very high detail, which is available only to DLP, LCD printers so far.

possible to get the stl? love it! great work!
Vera Ermakova 2020-03-29 17:51:01
Marco Schmitz Thank you, I'm glad that you liked the work! Unfortunately I do not give stl, it is important for me to preserve the uniqueness of the work.

Vera Ermakova 2020-03-29 21:11:58
Francesco Ostili Oh, they're made from 2 separate parts. Clear hemisphere and iris part. and then they're glued with clear resin.
Vera Ermakova 2020-03-29 21:12:51
Ingemar Rååd Thank you very much!
Francesco Ostili 2020-03-29 21:17:15
Vera Ermakova but are they 3D printed? :O
Vera Ermakova 2020-03-29 21:17:48
Francesco Ostili Yeah, they are :)
Francesco Ostili 2020-03-29 21:22:57
How did you create that effect (the iris) with the resin? Did you mesh differet colour? I heard you were going to release a tutorial. am I wrong?
Vera Ermakova 2020-03-29 21:29:51
Francesco Ostili Iris - is separate part, which I paint manually, before glue it with hemisphere. I told that I could make a tutorial someday, but currently I have no time for that...
Pedro Torres 2020-03-29 21:40:00

Why is it whenever I feel like I'm below avg at something. Stuff like this really makes me realize how far into the ground I am at stuff lol this is just beautiful in every possible aspect!
Dave Dewees 2020-03-30 08:23:43
It is awesome, but if it's the first 3d thing they sculpted and they did it with mudbox, the first 3d program they used, how did they know that it has less features than z-brush?
Sol Aris 2020-03-30 10:09:25
Потрясающая работа, завораживающе красиво. Изумительная идея и исполнение. Спасибо!

Just because this has been posted so much. With the health crisis could a person use ever clear and water?
Nathan Kopp 2020-03-29 12:30:18
windsheild washer fluid. get over 12 liters for 11 bucks
T.R. Griffith 2020-03-29 12:31:23
I prefer ever clear and strawberries and lemons. But that's just me.
Jolene Sweeney 2020-03-29 12:31:38
Acetone
Joseph Haiflich 2020-03-29 12:34:11
Alternative. Here you go. Buy rum. Drink it until you stop giving a shit about curing. Problem solved.
Michael Bradley-Robbins 2020-03-29 12:38:58

Denatured Alchohol, bought a gallon on amazon.
Alexandre Gilbert 2020-03-29 13:01:18
You mean clean right, because IPA does not make the resin cure, that's UV light. And you can get methanol (fuel line anti-freeze, also called methyl hydrate) or ethanol (denaturated alcohol/camp stove fuel). Keep in mind, both *might* cloud clear resins.
Joel Mendoza 2020-03-29 13:02:44
Tiago Lopes 2020-03-29 13:14:31
Buy water washable resin and just use water. I paid 5 bucks more for 1 l and I dont need to buy ipa anymore. So it's worth to pay a little more for this one!!!
Dave Dewees 2020-03-29 13:16:09
Buy it for drinking?
Adil Muschelewicz 2020-03-29 13:21:57
I picked up ethanol
Adil Muschelewicz 2020-03-29 13:22:18
Acetone and a brush also works
Adil Muschelewicz 2020-03-29 13:22:33
Test acetone tho.
Lucas G Glander 2020-03-29 13:24:31
I like mr clean
Mark Wardle 2020-03-29 13:51:08
yea its hard to find ipa as its being used for more important things. for now i have stopped printing think i can wait for ipa when there are lives at risk. :)
Paul Tyer 2020-03-29 14:14:29
I use Tek1969 in a ultrasonic cleaner it's a detergent, just filter regularly and top-up. Works for me as I do multiple prints every day.
Tony Tidwell 2020-03-29 14:18:19
Everclear
Joe Bone 2020-03-29 14:48:13
I have a heavey duty degreaser which works perfectly for standard resins but it is in a ultrasonic cleaner
Gamboa Jayson 2020-03-29 16:38:10
Thank you all for the replies.
Adan Mouriño 2020-03-29 19:56:19
acetone. still available . works very fast . Use it carefully
Sean Smith 2020-03-29 20:21:29
Mr Clean.
Richard Tyler Jr 2020-03-29 20:47:30
Any cubic recommends ethanol for cleaning their resins per the website. Denatured alcohol is "usually" ethanol with methanol added however it can contain acetone and other thinners as well.
Sonny Green 2020-03-29 23:00:47
Go to Home Depot, look in the paint section around the thinners. You should be able to find acetone (as mentioned above) and/or "Fuel" which is usually denatured alcohol. The latter is what I use for all my resin print cleaning.
Graham Clements 2020-03-30 05:53:01
Acetone, carefully though.
Jack Hydrazines 2020-03-30 06:09:58
Denatured alcohol is also known as methylated spirits.
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-30 08:31:04
Use acetone, but dont leave them soaking for a long time, a few seconds in the stuff should do the trick.
Scott Hurd 2020-03-30 09:22:23
Anyone tried high proof clear booze, like Everclear? Something cheap.
Steve Haynes 2020-03-30 18:07:30
Joe Bone Simple Green?
原文網址 Andrew Pawley 2020-03-26 22:41:55
Any of you guys tried Meths or Rubbing Alcohol for cleaning? Currently printing with Anycubic eco resin!
Thanks!
Miles Redman 2020-03-26 22:43:37
I use methylated spirits/denatured alcohol for my cleaning purposes and it works fine, try to find one that is as much as 95% ethanol, usually labeled as camping stove fuel or as a cleaning agent in the paint supplies
Andrew Pawley 2020-03-26 22:44:06
Sweet! Thanks!
Miles Redman 2020-03-26 22:46:33
My cleaning process is a little convoluted but it works great also, I have a 1 gallon plastic paint pail full of denatured with a removable lid, and a spray bottle filled with my denatured, I pre rinse over the pail with the spray, soak in the pail, proceed to spray rinse a second time, and then hand dry.
Andrew Pawley 2020-03-26 22:47:25
Nice!
Michael Gorman 2020-03-26 22:51:09
Never tried meth, prefer heroin.
Miles Redman 2020-03-26 22:51:11
A bit of something I picked up on accident, a paper towel sheet sitting in your alcohol vat will appear to slowly accumulate dissolved resin in its fibers as a passive filter of sorts, to help keep your cleaning process consistent between batches
Daniel Hendlowitch 2020-03-26 22:56:00
Andrew Pawley 2020-03-26 23:03:30
Miles Redman that's a top tip!
Nathan Kopp 2020-03-27 00:04:42
using deicer my self right now lol
原文網址 Jonathan Nunes 2020-03-25 01:08:30
Hi, guys. How u all? I would like to know if I can clean the resin pieces with kerosene. I don't know what to do. Because these things about covid19, alcohol is not too easy to find. I don't know the options here in Brazil.. do kerosene works?
Ray Sears 2020-03-25 01:13:14
It would probably work but there are better options. My local hardware store had plenty of acetone and denatured alcohol.
Sen Kun 2020-03-25 04:30:45
Kerosene works well, just stinky and oily. You're in Brazil, Ethanol works great.
原文網址 Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-23 23:51:56
I have now read so much of people having problems to get IPA. I don't use that at all. I was looking the prices of IPA here in Finland and noticed, that I could not 3D print anything with those IPA prices. Had to find a substitute, so I'm only using a antifreeze for petrol/ gasoline engines. It is almost pure alcohol. Took me a while to find it, but that is what i'm using. Works just fine :-) Words are in Finnish, but I think everyone knows what Etanoli means? Ethanol, Isopropanoli= IPA. etc...
What is in it: Etanoli 60-100 % Isopropanoli 5-30 % Metyylietyyliketoni 1-2 % Metyyli-isobutyyliketoni 1-2 %
Maybe this will help someone in the northern countries...
Jacob Bender 2020-03-24 00:02:54
This is great information. Thank you for sharing. Some types of RV Antifreeze also contain high percentages of ethanol. This is available for purchase in North America.
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 00:05:42
I was thinking so. That was the reason I posted that. :-)
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 00:07:16
I tried to order IPA from abroad, but they don't send it. Flammable! That was the reason I had to find a substitute
Mikko Toivonen 2020-03-24 00:50:25
What is the brandname?
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 00:50:46
Masinol
Mikko Toivonen 2020-03-24 00:54:03
Janne Heikkinen thanks. I've been using Lasol 100, which seems to leave some residue to some resins. Will try Masinol.
Ernest Sandridge Ill 2020-03-24 00:54:21
Could this be stickied? That way instead of all those posts of everyone asking it can just be on this one at that top and everyone can just help out right here?
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 00:55:13
I might have to try Lasol, Then we can compare :-)
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 01:00:38
I'm Only using that green resin
Stuart Johnson 2020-03-24 01:49:27
Beware. Not all antifreeze is alcohol based - Sometimes you get glycerine or ethylene glycol/propylene glycol in there, which isnt that great a solvent.
Stuart Johnson 2020-03-24 01:55:34
Also, assuming my translation is correct: Methyl Ethyl Ketone - MEK is some good stuff - used to use it in the labs And i assume Methyl IsoButyl Ketone does a similar job.
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 02:07:47
That is just what is written on the bottle
Kimmo Huoman 2020-03-24 02:51:23
I strongly suggest Polaric GO gasoline antifreeze (polttoaineen jäänesto) from Puuilo. 3.95e/litre, and it's >98 % IPA. https://www.puuilo.fi/epages/puuilo.sf/fi_FI/?ObjectID=38169
Kimmo Huoman 2020-03-24 02:52:41
Oh, but it does actually look like it's going out of stock in many of their locations...
Richard Tyler Jr 2020-03-24 05:13:19
MEK is a really bad for your liver and is absorbed through the skin. Take precautions.
Stuart Johnson 2020-03-24 05:20:27
Richard Tyler Jr yeah, MEK is wicked stuff.
Richard Tyler Jr 2020-03-24 05:21:17
Yup, I did a lot of fiberglassing, making custom car parts, etc, MEK was great for cleanup but had to take precautions.
Pekka Haarala 2020-03-24 14:09:58
Spelektroniikka oulussa myy ipaa alta kympin litra...
Pekka Haarala 2020-03-24 14:12:03
No voi hitto, tuotahan mä alan käyttää
Pekka Haarala 2020-03-24 14:14:15
MEK is nasty stuff, it dissolves everything containing polymer chains, wouldnt use it on prints.
Nicolas Tsagarides 2020-03-24 15:58:34
I had the idea that antifreeze was glycerine
Janne Heikkinen 2020-03-24 15:59:36
For the engine. Yes. But not for fuel
原文網址 Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 22:51:29
So due to the current situation, IPA Alcohol bottles are impossible to find unless you want to pay a disgusting scalper 50+ dollars for ONE bottle. Is there any other way I can wash resin parts? Iv tried simple green, it doesn't work.
所以, 由於目前的情況, ipa酒精瓶子是不可能找到的, 除非你想付一個令人惡心的黃油50 +美元購買一瓶. 我還能洗樹脂零件嗎? Iv嘗試簡單綠色, 但沒用.
Milton Farfán Salazar 2020-03-23 22:53:22
Same problem
James Bricknell 2020-03-23 22:54:16
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 22:54:23
Would regular water work? Dunk them in a tupper box and leave the parts for a while?
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 22:54:33
Wouldn't that just destroy the parts?
James Bricknell 2020-03-23 22:55:37
Fernando Valenzuela nope. It's amazing at cleaning but you need to be quick. It doesn't need a long soak.
Jim Nelson 2020-03-23 22:57:24
I use Mr. Clean in my ultrasonic cleaner and have no complaints.
Dan Gump 2020-03-23 22:57:43
Mean Green is what I use.
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 22:58:51
How long do you leave the parts submerged for?
Mike Stacey 2020-03-23 22:59:24
Simple green works like a charm. You have to scrub with a brush unless you have an ultra sonic.
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 22:59:53
I dont have a cleaner, but I do have plenty of SG. How long would I have to keep the parts submerged to get results?
Mike Stacey 2020-03-23 23:00:37
i leave them in there for 15 mins and then take a tooth brush and scrub the parts. Then rinse them in clean warm water.
Zachary Shuford 2020-03-23 23:01:08
Real question: could you use vodka? :)
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 23:02:13
That is legit something I was pondering myself too
Steve Everson 2020-03-23 23:02:42
Methylated spirits works well. You can get it in most DIY stores
Dominik Honke 2020-03-23 23:04:08
Filter the used ipa, then reuse..repeat indefinetly. i have been printing for two years and am still using the first batch of ipa..
Mark Owens 2020-03-23 23:08:43
Mean Green > Simple Green
Fernando Valenzuela 2020-03-23 23:10:17
And how do you filter IPA
Milton Farfán Salazar 2020-03-23 23:11:08
Fernando Valenzuela before i used water but no is good....pots white in the printer
Stuart Johnson 2020-03-23 23:13:18
Cure the used stuff, run it through a paint filter, dump the filter.
Dominik Honke 2020-03-23 23:16:47
I use a standard coffeefilter
Mario Hippmann 2020-03-23 23:17:43
Dominik Honke if i use coffeefilter it clog very fast, and no IPA is running through
Dominik Honke 2020-03-23 23:19:23
Mario Hippmann Then use a rougher mesh before that...
John David Tanner 2020-03-23 23:59:13
I have been using Mean Green since I first bought my Anycubic Photon. I have found this works amazingly well.
Daniel Licata 2020-03-24 00:11:54
If you're in the US Lowe's carries it. I used it as well
Mark Rhodes 2020-03-24 00:26:58
If in the US the 99 cent only store csrries gallongs of LAs Totally Awesome for 4 bucks. Works great. Also works fantastic for stripping paint of minis.
Joseph G Martinez 2020-03-24 00:32:46
You can use vodka, I had some old bottles in my garage from last year that were marshmallow flavor ? work like a charm
Scott Pavlich 2020-03-24 01:06:48
Denatured alcohol from your local hardware store/paint store...or else acetone
Bill Griffin 2020-03-24 01:17:56
Filter smaller batches and repeat until all is done.
Bryan Jordan 2020-03-24 01:22:16
Any special instructions with using them? What do you store them in?
Rico Reyna 2020-03-24 01:30:06
Joseph G Martinez did they come come out scented?
David Minford 2020-03-24 01:33:29
Acetone, works extremely well.
Ray Sears 2020-03-24 01:44:06
Zachary Shuford go with everclear
Stuart Johnson 2020-03-24 01:44:32
Yeah, the jelly will blind anything fast, even a paint strainer mesh. Good luck
Ray Sears 2020-03-24 01:45:00
Scott Pavlich they had gallons of it at Loews
Joseph G Martinez 2020-03-24 01:54:38
They actually did smell like marshmallows
Chris Roberts 2020-03-24 01:55:31
Denatured alcohol from the hardware store
Scott Colvin 2020-03-24 03:03:44
I pee on mine!
Ioana Stefan 2020-03-24 05:06:12
I had a bottle of "technical alcohol", basically a cleaning substance for mechanical parts with 70% alcohol, works like a charm
Walt Marti 2020-03-24 05:22:01
Undiluted anti-freeze is often 95%+ ethanol.
Jason Pedersen 2020-03-24 06:07:34
I use paper towel. Catches a lot of the gunk, but still flows well. Then run through a coffee filter if it needs. Just remember to lid your IPA, or it'll all evaporate.
Kirk Brownell 2020-03-24 10:16:44
for real though, acetone. recently made the switch due to ipa shortage. im never going back. its gaster cleaner and easier.
原文網址 Chris Cody 2020-03-23 22:45:48
Anyone wish they stocked up on supplies before this whole plague mess happened? No gloves, no alcohol, hell Amazon is sold out of a lot of resins.
Uriah Redden 2020-03-23 22:47:01
I've been miserly with what I do have. so I refine new models more when otherwise I would do more trial and error
Nicholas Norton 2020-03-23 22:47:22
I got my printer like a day before tpocalypse
Justin Hardman 2020-03-23 22:48:47
They have probably stopped accepting nrw shippments of resin as its not an essential item.
Brklyn Brklyn 2020-03-23 22:51:05
I reuse my alcohol like crazy. One "dirty" bath, and one clean with a water rinse between.
Chris Cody 2020-03-23 22:52:11
I had my printer since Christmas and never got anything else for it. What a fool I am!
Wayne Mitchell 2020-03-23 22:54:53
I am trying simple green tonight. Our local hardware store has it.
Christopher Fugate 2020-03-23 22:55:24
I used the last of our alcohol cleaning repeated failed prints right before the craziness started.
Chris Cody 2020-03-23 22:57:00
Wayne Mitchell let me know how it goes!
Ondrej Slezacek 2020-03-23 22:59:47
I scored the last 4L IPA before shops were closed, gloves are a plenty due to my airbrushing stockpile... but resin is getting critical. Soon I will have to deal with Anycubic Aqua Blue, my nemesis.
Dan Gump 2020-03-23 23:00:03
Chris Cody get Mean Green. Not the same thing as simple greet. If you have a Dollar General near you they have gallons for $5.
Rob Prince 2020-03-23 23:00:40
Got IPA on the way arriving today, resin on the way (shipped today), paper towels.... yeah... running low...
Chrissifur Lew 2020-03-23 23:00:43
I actually ordered some more resin last week and it's being delivered today. Got lucky at the store and found 3 bottles of 91% alcohol yesterday.
Miles Jacobsen 2020-03-23 23:05:44
Same
Mary Carver 2020-03-23 23:16:55
Wayne Mitchell let me know how that works! I have my eye on some of that too.
Bob Deblier 2020-03-23 23:19:28
XL nitrile gloves are readily available in Belgium, slightly more expensive. IPA, not so much. Fortunately I still have a few liters, which I'll now save for disinfecting.
Smith Hayward 2020-03-23 23:34:53
Ondrej Slezacek I’ve had ok results with that resin. What issues does it seem to give you?
Smith Hayward 2020-03-23 23:35:19
My wife would kill me if I was churning through paper towels right now.
Mike Fatchett 2020-03-23 23:35:44
Harbor Freight just donated their nitrile gloves to hospitals but place like that or auto parts stores might still have gloves.
Ondrej Slezacek 2020-03-23 23:36:02
Smith Hayward Low detail on miniatures. But that was on my early prints, since then I shelved it and got great results with Elegoo resins and now Anycubic green. So I guess that will improve as well now with far more experience.
Bill Keeter 2020-03-24 00:01:02
I just filtered my large container of IPA to re-use. My new bottles of ipa I’m holding on to for making hand sanitizer
Christopher Thompson 2020-03-24 00:01:05
I have a stash of those gloves from Harbor Freight as they a few months back had a 30% anything under 10 bucks sale. I snagged few boxes. My wife found them and my paper towels the other day called me a hoarder!
John David Tanner 2020-03-24 00:09:29
I ordered resin from Amazon 2 weeks ago. Should be here by this weekend. Very sad for me :(
James Dick 2020-03-24 00:55:06
I ordered another litre of water washable resin today just to have extra
Michael Gorman 2020-03-24 01:21:01
Go to an auto parts store and you'll find gloves a plenty. They also often times have cleaning supplies. I got a gallon of simple green concentrate to clean parts with.
Scott Pavlich 2020-03-24 01:27:11
With all the stuff happening in the world I cannot believe people didn’t stock up: toilet paper was the least of my concerns. I know I’m set for a long time!
Leonardo Migo Araneta 2020-03-24 01:30:29
I'm still sitting at 3 gallons of 99% IPA, 170-ish pairs of disposable gloves, 10 sets of P100 replacement filters for my 3M respirator... It helps that I've been doing a lot of printing with PolyJuice which can be washed with water.
Darren Donovan 2020-03-24 07:47:42
I have a case of 99% IPA, a case of 70% IPA wipes, box of gloves, only a few masks, and down to 1000ml resin and 5 spools of PLA.
Miles Redman 2020-03-24 08:11:57
Yeah I’m glad I buy my nice nitrile gloves by like the 100 pack right now
Tim Parks 2020-03-24 09:53:01
Anyone who stocked up on this stuff, might want to consider donating it. My wife is a nurse, and the normally readily available PPE has been locked up to ration it. I know that’s not our fault, but we can make a small difference by lending what we have to a more important cause then 3d printing. I personally made all of my IPA into hand sanitizer, and donated it to a church who is providing lunches for kids out of school who rely on school lunches for a meal. There are people all over the place that need this stuff more then us. Just something to think about at least.
Jeff Kreines 2020-03-24 12:19:08
I was about to make the jump to resin from FDM, but I guess this isn’t the best time to do that!
Jolene Sweeney 2020-03-24 21:49:15
Jeff Kreines no no it is not lol I bought my printer a week before this all hit the fan and it's been a pain!! Still haven't found ipa... I have gloves and that stuff but I ran out of resin and just BARELY got my amazon order in before the changed the shipping stuff so itll be here tomorrow lol wait it out a few week but its 100% worth having both FDM and resin:)
Ronald Smith 2020-03-26 15:28:00
I've been stocking up for years, lol. No printer yet, but I've been prepared for *this* as a great trade-off.

Has anyone used 90% Ethyl Alcohol for cleanups?
有人用90 %乙基酒精來清理嗎?
Stefan Arnautu 2020-03-22 20:24:43
I tray with sanitary alchool 70°, and it works fine. But, for the moment, it's dispear from markets. :D
Edric Chua 2020-03-22 20:25:20
Stefan Arnautu yeah I’m just gonna get a small amount for a cleanup, they’re better off used for the medical purposes right now
Marko Šilješ 2020-03-22 20:28:39
I've used 96% ethyl and works great
Chase Wichert 2020-03-23 02:04:55
I just bought some mean green from dollar general, heard it works well, saving the 99 percent for sterlization of prusa head bands for hospitals. Going to dilute that stuff down to 70 percent
原文網址 Nicklas Rohde 2020-03-22 18:45:13
Hi
Should you use Isopropyl alcohol 99% to clean your prints or can you use cleaning alcohol 93% for it?
Regards Nicklas :)
Zena Andreou 2020-03-22 19:02:39
99% is recommended, but other grades also work. The lower the % the more time it needs to act. use a soft brush to get into the detailed parts and clear the resin and anything you use will be fine
Nicklas Rohde 2020-03-22 19:04:05
Nice, thanks. Can't get Isopropyl alcohol anywhere because of the corona crisis
Zena Andreou 2020-03-22 19:04:33
if you can get methylated spirits, they work just as good

Need to pick some brains. Recently, everything I print produces a rectangular blob like the one below, regardless of what file I print. Occasionally, it will continue printing beyond the blob, and I'll get a partial structure, or if I'm really lucky, a complete structure with little flappy single layer pancake blobs stuck to it every 5 mm or so. I've changed FEP liners, releveled twice, made sure the screen is extra clean (running one of my few remaining alcohol wipes over it then using a razor blade to make sure there's no resin stuck to the screen) and there are no visible scratches. I'm using a Kensington USB drive instead of the one that came with the machine. I'm printing with elegoo grey resin (though it did the same thing on my last prints with Anycubic Maroon)
Any ideas what's going wrong or recommendations for what I should check next?
Bob Deblier 2020-03-22 14:01:51
Have you run a resin calibration test (assuming you have a classic Photon) or the RERF test (if it's a Fauxton) to find out the correct exposure time?
Troy Wood 2020-03-22 14:09:47
I haven't, but I've been printing nothing but successful prints with the same exposure settings for months, then I started noticing stuff stuck to the FEP vat that progressively got worse and worse until it was unusable. I figured it was probably because I had been using the same FEP liner for about 4 months straight, and it was starting to get cloudy, so I switched it out, but the exact same problem persists.
Troy Wood 2020-03-22 14:11:00
I should also mention the shape is the exact same size, approximately the same shape as the inner square of the UV Test. This occurs even if I'm printing a small item, about the size of a quarter, right in the middle of the build plate.
Bob Deblier 2020-03-22 14:17:07
Each bottle is different. Ambient temperature affects exposure time as well. Your LED also gradually becomes weaker. You've been lucky so far. Go back to the basics: calibration test first.
Richard Günter Dölz 2020-03-22 16:40:24
Are you running the original Firmware on the printer, if so it could be frame shearing.
Troy Wood 2020-03-22 16:50:21
I updated it shortly after I got the machine... about June/July of last year, because I was having some issues where it would just die in the middle of a print. Haven't had a single problem (that wasn't operator error) in the 8 months or so since.
