Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團 » Google

原文網址 Dario Alterini

Hi everyone, since the last time you where incredibly helpful, today I need again your help. I upgrade the Photon with the twin rail and update with the 4.2.18 firmware. I print this two fellows from Berserk to test the AA that I set to 4. I print with the gray Anycubic at 0.5 with the parameters from the Google sheet. My question is, why the AA is more evident in some areas and not in others? What am I doing wrong? As always thank you all!

Howdy all, been getting some mixed results with the Siraya Tech Blu. Using the .05 settings from the google sheet:
12 exposure,
5 off time
100 bottom exposure
Bottom layers 5
My final results are soft and gummy, like a shore 85, and because of the gummy, I’m getting some support failure. And yes, I shook it. Anybody have ideas or better settings?

Ok so need some help. I'm looking for a plastic tub which contains an inner shelf with handles for cleaning my prints. I've tried loads of different search terms on Google and Ebay and no luck. If anybody has one can you give me the search term and/or link please ? ?

Trying out the Anycubic Yellow Translucent resin (mostly cos it's dirt cheap)
The google docs spreadsheet has some fairly low numbers for it; 50s first layers, 8s normal layers. I'm more used to 80/12 form previous resins.
Is anyone having consistent results with yellow at 50/8 ?

Secondly previous resins I've used I've had short off times, but again, the yellow is listed in the doc at 6.5s
What is the main effect/benefit of longer off times, and are they critical like the curing times or just personal preference ?

Thanks in advance.

HELP!!!!! ;) Ok, so I have been rocking some great FDM prints and decided to jump into SLA. With the recent deals on the Photon, I decided it was time to take the plunge. It arrives and I am thinking great, lets crack it open and see what we can do. Clean out all the packing materials, read the manual, install the slicer, watch a few videos, then a few more on leveling the print bed, and determine what my first print will be. Great, lets get started! Bed level seems easy enough, printer in a good stable spot, pour in some resin. Queue up a small miniature of a skeleton. no need for supports, this should be a dream. Slice (50 sec first layer, 0.05mm), copy to usb, print. Uhm, ok, so what I end up with is the first layer sticking to the FEP. OK, Dr. Google what do you have to say. Bad bed level, get it closer. Really? hrm, ok, remove VAT, put in paper, home, up/down, paper is snug, can pull it but not push it, hold plate, tighten. Same result. Lets try again, paper is snug, a bit tighter than before, same result. Re-slice with 90 second first layer, still no joy. Re-level again, paper is very tight, pulls with a lot of resistance, had gone all the way down on the LCD, then up I think 0.05mm. No good. Change 1st layer exposure to 120, re-level, no good. What else can I be looking at to help with this. On the plus side, I have some awesome translucent green poker chips. ;)

Hello there, may I ask you for a little help, since this problem is driving me crazy, but before all, sorry for the wall of text:

I bought my Photon some time ago, and after I was done with the levelling in a semi-obsessive fashion I finally tried out printing. Sadly, after something like 2-3 bottom layers the piece falls into the resin vat and I have to remove it since it gets stuck onto the bottom.

I tried to:

1) Re level the plate countless times.
2) Changing out resin (My first tries were done with the standard clear green provided with the printer, then I switched to normal anycubic green)
3) I built a table with adjustable legs, so that I could be perfectly even without any slopes.
4) I tried printing with different room temp.
5) I always shook the resin before pouring it into the vat.
6) I used the settings in this link:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets
/d/1crvzMnt_8NJXAsABinoIhcOjE8l3h7s0L82Zlh1vkL8/htmlview?fbclid=IwAR2osuvr6c1K_2Ki5r_q8vxsYCQgfOHHt500PLMYmdF9XotdcKAznEeH3Cw#gid=0

Every single of these step gave me 0 results, not even a bad print (that would've make me quite happy actually).

So, I ask you to help me, because I'm quite saddened by this lack of results, if you want you can do it in 2 ways:

1) By suggesting whatever solution I may have skipped, anything would do, really.
2) By giving me any of your print files with settings included that you have SUCCESSFULLY printed, so that I could give it a try myself and see if it fails again. As before, anything would do.

Thank you in advance, in the comments I will include screenshots of my last try (I did it yesterday, was a failure, same result as always) complete with settings.

Has anyone with a Photon S tried this? Also, was there a firmware update I missed? I google firmware update and I don’t get anything. Thoughts?

This a kind warning for people who keep overfilling their vats. If you're filling past the bottom part of the attachment the build platform is screwed onto then you'll most likely get failed prints or worse.

Resin can enter the space between the attachment and build platform, eventually climbing and lubricating the screws. (Google "Capillary Action" for understanding how liquids can climb enclosed spaces.)

There's good possibility of resin reaching the ball bearing keeping your build platform fastened in place. This will cause the build plate to start moving during prints; which, at a minimum, causes failed prints and in worse cases damages or destroys your FEP's and/or screens.

If you do need to overfill the vat for a large print, start the print and add resin when the platform has risen a bit - leaving plenty of room for additional resin.

Credit: Picture borrowed from another forum. Note the resin sitting onto platform screws.

EDIT: Reworded it. Thanks for Nick Williams for the tip.

I having some issues with my Photon S. I tried for 3 days now to make it print anything. So I load up a model in Chitubox and put in supports etc. Save it as a STL and slice it in Photon Workshop with the new PWS format. I have set my setting as found in the spreadsheet found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1crvzMnt_8NJXAsABinoIhcOjE8l3h7s0L82Zlh1vkL8/htmlview?usp=sharing&sle=true Line 42, as im using Maroon resin from Anycubic. The bed i level and the homepoint is set as its paperthin like seen in many Youtube videos. The arm is not sanded.
But the result Im getting is horrible and something is wrong. I have attached my settings, the support and the result in the piuctures. Anyone know what im doing wrong? 翻譯年糕
