anyone have any tips for printing flat on the bed of my photon? doing files that are sliced so they don't need supports, but having a hard time not damaging them to get them off the print bed ><

So this is print unsuccessful print 7 out of 10. Not sure what I’m doing wrong to get these objects to print. I’ve tried releveling the bed every print. I even move the printer inside because it’s been 50 degrees outside during our cold snap. Any tips I can look into besides switching resins because it’s my next move. This is the anycubic grey resin I thought would be the most compatible because it was the same company. The printer was on a stable surface and I have tried leveling using both the paper method and the flint reed method. I turned up my printer settings to 75 sec for the bottom layers over the 60 recommended. And 11 sec per layer. I have on and off at 1 sec. this came as a recommendation from a YouTube channel 3DprintPros. It’s a new printer with less than a week in service. All I’ve calibrations look good as well. Any help is appreciated! I can’t give up.

So PrusaSlicer. I installed it. I have a regular Photon but not sure what to do settings wise with the Prusa software. Anyone got any tips? Looking forward to the Prusa supports as I think 90% of all my printing issues come from poor support placement.

Let's speak about big prints! Very happy with medium / small prints but i have some trouble working with bigger models sticking to FEP from the 5 layers 50second exposed skate raft :(
Some question: when holes are required? I see chitubox hollowing quite well. Wich is the limit my photon cant' handle keeping the plate as max width? Any other tips to print bigger models?

Ok good news. With the tips you guys have given me, thanks Joe for the settings, I have my first successful prints that are not the test print.

I might have gone over board on the supports but at least I'm starting to dial it in :)

Hey guys I’m pretty frustrated with this machine. printing small has been great but soon as I tried printing big and hollow it’s Ben a mess. People have suggested updating the firmware and I’ve tried multiple attempts at that but it will only read PwS files which I can only make in photon slicer, but that ruins hollow prints. Any advice?
