Hey, a new photon S user here. Having some issues with the print accuracy. Printed a couple calibration cubes and none came out exactly 20.0
I saw a bit in FAQ that I should expect some inaccuracy from the resin and the slicer should compensate, tried that tolerance gauge from thingiverse (
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3325364
)
and all the go's and no-go's failed to actually enter the hole.
Any advice on how I could get more accurate results?
Resin used: anycubic green
bottom layers: 8
bottom exposure: 50
normal exposure: 5.5
layer thickness: 0.05
Additionally the 20mm cubes all came out at 20.1 to 20.5 range
