My simple but effective post curing setup. UV globe and reflector with a motorised turntable. A sheet of silicone was put over the initial mirrored surface to stop parts sticking occasionally.

Hi guys, i have a basic question that couldn't be answered by other post on this page. How do you know, visually and feeling wise, that your print is fully cured in the post processing phase?

Let me explain: i have printed with anycubic green and monocure rapid metal grey, and after approx 10 to 15min in a 24W uv light box, my prints felt fairly dry and the surface is matte, which seem good to me. Then when I printed with monocure rapid black, even after 20 min to 30 min in the uv box, the print still look a bit glossy/wet and is a bit sticky. Should i go even longer?

The Photocentric Firm UV grey has been simultaniously more and less forgiving to print than the Ancycubit green that comes with the machine. It does not like primer, which is suboptimal for mini printing. I know this gets asked a lot but, what do you guys use and why?

I replaced the "filter" by this part (Fan duct + Backplate, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3013054 ) and created an adapter to an installation tube to have a direct connection to outside. Result: No resin smell anymore (good airflow in tube) and an unexpected reduction of noise in stand-by (almost no noise). Next step for lower noise during operation would be a 80mm "be-quiet" fan for the UV-source. Is there anybody, who did this already? Can you share your experience?

I was trying to google the temperature resistance of 3d uv resin and found pretty much everything but what I was looking for. So, how resistant are your typical types of uv resin? I see there are some high temp resins but I’m just looking to see how much the “regular” type resin can withstand without warping
