I'm trying to print these knobs with no distortion but I'm not having any luck. The first 2 pictures have supports from the prusa slicer. The second 2 pictures have supports from chitubox.

I've printed these in a few different orientations but so far this vertical one has done the best. However theres still a lot of distortion wherever the supports touch.

I need some help from my fellow Europeans.

I'm looking to print the Photon air filter system by Jarrod Smith, but I'm having some trouble finding a 6001 filter.

I'm trying to source all the materials on German Amazon.de as that's where I will be buying the fan and some other accessories for the printer.

I found the 3M brand filter, but it ships from either the States or the UK which means that the postage to Sweden will be way too high.

Same with the Chinese 6001CN versions.

Are there cheaper alternatives available? Perhaps a different fitting to enable the use of cheaper or more common filters?

Just got this bad boy up and running. Printing vent adapters for my photons. Been printing three weeks, running 3 printers already. I think I'm totally hooked. Thank God my wife loves to paint the prints!

I've managed 2 successful prints (neither of which I set the supports up for so...), but I wanted some thoughts on my next one below. None of these show unsupported sections as run through Photon Validator... but if I print 8 of the things, or even just one, with no support, will that cause too much attachment to the FET? Thanks!

My first print. My wife has already done quite a few but this was my first.

I wanted the open-mouth serpent to print without supports so I angled her really far back. Supporting the rest was hard, but the face and front serpents turned out about as well as I could expect. The individual fingers aren’t as good as I’d like but I don’t know if I could do better.

Photon S, mixture of Elegoo Gray and Anycubic translucent green, 0.02 layers, 6s exposure. (4s wasn’t long enough to build the supports). 3DPrintingPro-style tiny supports for minimal model damage.

I had really amped up the difficulty of setting up and using these printers. I had seen some horror stories on here that had intimidated me a bit, as Im not the most technically minded person.

With that said, with having let them sit for the last two months, I managed to setup my Photon and Mega S last night in well under an hour. Both test prints turned out perfectly. I had a bit of confusion with the filament, but it all got done quickly.

Now onto something a bit more fun.

anyone ever had a print just come out mirrord? I just printed the same thing I've printed a few dozen times without changing the .chitubox file I slice from. (I go back to that one so I can edit supports that don't work perfect).

so yeah, just one random print and the entire thing is mirrored?

Hello all. Being trying to print some circular bases for modelling. But as you can see the last bit has a big old rectangle on them. Other stuff prints fine but not these. I have had lots of attempts at re levelling the base, trying one at a time and re sizing them. Any ideas?
