Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團 » Instructions

I bought an original Photon just before Christmas and am reaching out for some help with how to read the Resin Exposure test strips.

I printed 2 resin exposure test strips using the Anycubic AquaBlue, one @ 50u (0.05mm I think) and the other @20u, I'm trying to understand the results and compare them to the resins spreadsheet in the Photonsters page.

When reading the resin exposure instructions it says to start from the top & find the first well formed circle, then move to the bottom and find the last visible circle (in any column I guess) and then move right until the circle clogs and then move left 1 & thats the sweet spot, so looking at the 50u test strip would I be correct in saying the top 1st well formed circle is in col. 4 and the best bottom visible is in Col 8 but then more left to Col 6 (or maybe 5) where its kinda not clogged? so that makes the sweet spot say 5 for a 10sec exposure? - but the 20u, which I gather is a thinner layer, seems to have a sweet spot of 7 for a 14sec. exposure but I would have thought it would be less than the 50u as its a thinner layer and thus would need a lesser exposure? Or am I reading the test strips wrong?
And as a further part to that, I tried to print a tank which has some supports with a couple of holes through it (circled in red), when I look at the support the holes do not appear to go al the way through, could this be due to overexposure (14sec @ .02 - Anycubic AquaBlu

TIA for any help.

Am looking for some advice. Have been working on getting my anycubic photon operational after assembly but have had no such luck. Setup in accordance with the setup instructions, have updated the firm ware and anycubic software. I am using the gray plant based PLA and have tried to print a 28mm model three times. The only resin that has was hardened was a very small thin layer. Any advice?

Let's talk ultrasonic cleaning.
What are people using for a "solution"? I assume IPA or other things, but the instructions on mine (a step or two up from the one pictured) say not to use anything flammable...
What is the real risk of having this thing go pressure cooker in the garage?

Has any body used the elegoo water washable resin? I have just received a bottle and the instruction on the back of box still say to use ethanol to clean the model. Have they just printed standard instructions on the box and not updated them to the fact it is water washable?

Hi... Somebody could advise on how to -step by step- interpret these results (both pictures are the same only difference is flash). On GitHub and thingiverse there is no column multiplier for this test, nor clear instructions. Thanks!

Was using anycubic green, and was up to 60% success rate and dropping. Noticed a couple of gauges in the fep, so replaced it following 3dprintbarn instructions, releveled, and now trying grey.
Heres the cube test print.
So now I'm releveling with flint red method. howerever,
It seems the plate hits the vat before it really gets tight. Anybody else run into that?

Does anybody know if the EPAX X1 nFEP Non FEP Film Sheets come with a removable protective film like the anycubic ones do? I'm looking to see if it does and there's no info about it on the amazon page unless i missed it and there are no instructions that came with it. I also cant tell just by looking at it and fiddling with the corners, but I wanted to be sure.
