Alright folks I need some help yet again.

My first printer I purchased in July just died, no signs of life except the red led at the bottom of the rail. The PSU is fine as it works for my other photon. Anyone had any luck getting anycubic to replace via warranty as they're just giving me the runaround.

Secondly my backup printer is a fauxton. New build plate is getting torn up by my scraper, wont accept the same firmware and filetype and searching on here is giving me a million results and different answers, does anyone have a definitive fix for it?

I'm at a point of getting them both refunded to move to a different printer, mainly because of how unhelpful anycubic are being.

After my first attempt to do the default test print failed (Entire print stuck to the FEP) - I noticed this pattern on my LCD. It doesn't seem to be coming off using 99% IPA. What happened here?

Well, that was a complete failure. Nothing stuck to the build plate. I "leveled" using the Flint read method. But thinking back on it it doesn't make sense. How can any method that doesn't use the leveling screws level the platform? I used the video on the page here. Now I guess I have to empty the vat and clean everything and try again. Now that I'm thinking about it, I forgot to shake the resin. Could that be the problem? These are my settings, some based on the resin the rest from the default.

Well it seems that as soon as I join this group my Photon wants to try to quit. I keep getting "Memory error code:M_100000. Please try to replug the USB disk and continue printing." So far I have tried a couple of different USB sticks (FAT32) reformatting and formatting back. The obvious turn off, wait for a while then turn back on, both keeping the stick in and taking it out during the power down time. Still same error. I also tried plugging the USB directly into the motherboard to no avail. Tried a new outlet. Nothing. Can't upgrade the firmware since the USB isn't working. Anybody ever experienced this and come back from the brink?

After looking around it seems the most cost-efficient way of replacing your FEP is to just buy a sheet from mcmaster.com and cut it yourself. One thing I noticed was they offer FEP in different thicknesses. Wouldn't a thinner FEP equate to more detailed prints?

I'm surprised I've not got a knock on the door from Homeland security. Really guys I'm not doing anything illegal just printing models. I know I buy a lot of gloves and solvents and there are weird smells coming from my house but it's all on the level.
