ABS-Like resin made good on it's promise.
Can drill it, screw into it, a bit bendy for snap-fittings and survived a should height drop test onto concrete.
The printer just became useful.

Finally got my DIY Ikea Kallax curing chamber finished. Cupboard door insert, bit of reflective film, a 405um UV lamp, gaffer tape and a turntable. Now to start on the fume extraction, may seem a bit overkill but I got it for a good price ??

So, here is my first print. I used AnyCubic Grey resin. Any ideas why it partially failed in the way it did, as you can see? This is technically my second print as the first one I used the default settings, which weren't enough to get it to stick to the build plate. So then I looked up settings in the spreadsheet and used the ones listed by Mark Watson. So I have a Photon S which I've been happily using since I got it about 2 months ago. Unfortunately I've had to use 3 softwares (ChituBox, PrusaSlicer, PFV) in the process of getting supports for my models done right, and PFV doesn't even support .photons files.

I'm finally looking to update my firmware from the 2.9.9 that was loaded in the machine to the latest 5.02 version but I have been unable to find any official guide on how to update my firmware.

Can anyone help me out here?

Hi all. I'm a fairly new user of the Photon. I decided to use Chitubox over the Anycubic slicer. It's easy enough but I've noticed that it always mirrors the file. Is there a setting I'm missing or is this just what I can expect from Chitubox?
