maybe end stop problem

You can check if any wire stretching and causing the end stop switch triggered.

Looks like the motherboard is getting incorrect signals from the Z-Stop microswitch. Most likely cause is bad wiring somewhere betweena switch and the motherboard.

Thx guy for your answer i check all microswitch they are good the problem come when i upgrade the frimware in 2.0.3...i try to reload it but nothing change..now i solved the G29 problem with the scew but i can't calibated the Z distance look at this link PS:( i would like return to 2.0.0...if someone get me a link to do that thx aigain) : https://www.facebook.com/....../1671176216454000/......

Besides, we have updated marlin from your website at the same time. Have you have issues?

Apparently the original power supply supplier has a history of providing parts that fail. I have had 2 fail and just ordered a replacement (#3 for me) . You can substitute a PC power supply if you have one - use any Yellow & Black pair of wires; Black is - and Yellow is +.

I've been reading in Atom's community that updating to new version, they're getting some bad prints or glitch.

check your belt tension, should not be too tight. (It's just need to make sure it won'ts skip the teeth and it's parallel from top to down on carriage)
And check mechanical if anything loosen

Using the original power-supply , test one more time

Clarence Lee the printer was printing perfectly with our power supply, we only changed the power supply to the new one we ordered from atom and the printer started missing steps. I'm going to use again my power supply to test

Marlin update checked: is not the problem for the Steps missing. I uploaded the old marlin and started printing with a new gcode and is the same for different parts, the printer is missing steps.

Thx Clarence and Idan for your answer; 1) "Did you auto level first?" yep but has i say the screw dosen't work anymore... i'll try all configuration nothing works...the printer can't execute a correct G29...so... 2) "before you do anything pl ease tighten the belts !" curiously they are strained ... do you think I need to stretch them more? 3) "about the upgrade please Reupload it - it seems that somthing went wrong" Yes i think similar, but I already try its give nothing more the result doesen't change...

It's not all that difficult as it might seem, you can start by screwing it to the maximum and release a little at a time until it's perfect- I also adjust it in my atom every month or so

I will check for you later today about the software update- there are quite a few files to choose from- maybe you uploaded the wrong one

ok i finally resolved the screw problem G29 is good finally..but why this problem apear when i uplaod the 2.0.3 because my screw dosen't move meanwhile...? The 2.0.3 Firmware increese the scew setting sensivity ?

nope, it's not firmware related.

What kind of filament did you use?

As Clarence Lee pointed out in a similar post from me, this is caused by the printer extruding plastic that is not sticking to either the print bed or the part being printed. What happens is the extruded plastic gets jammed into the space between the p rint head and the bottom cover.

So something went wrong during the printing process. To remove the plastic simply AUto-Home the printer and preheat to 200 degrees. Then use some needle-nose pliers to pull out the softened plastic. In my case it all came out in 1 or 2 globs.
